Spotlight On... Alloy Bellows

Alloy Bellows was founded in 1935 by improving upon a "metal bellows” assembly being used in the aircraft industry. Since then, the capabilities of Alloy Bellows have evolved to include custom engineering and manufacturing of a growing array of hydroformed, mechanically-formed, and laser edge-welded metallic bellows and bellows assemblies for a wide range of industries including power generation, aerospace, semi-conductor, government and oil and gas industries. Additionally, Alloy Bellows is a primary source to OEMs for precision welding, brazing and soldering of valves, fittings and other precision components made of carbon steels, stainless steels, Inconel, and other exotic materials.

Most recently, Alloy Bellows has expanded its capabilities to include nondestructive testing services as part of their suite of product and service offerings. This complementary service line includes x-ray (radiographic) testing and fluorescent penetrant inspection for welded and cast parts, providing value-added services for internal needs and the external markets.
